2. What data is collected, what purpose does it serve and how is it stored


a) Visiting the website
When invoking
www.tattoo-atelier-aylin.deyour browser will automatically send information to my site's server. This data is temporarily stored in a log file. This data is recorded and automatically deleted:

• Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT),

According to Art. 6 Para. 1 GDPR I have the right to use this data. I cannot draw any conclusions about your person from this.

b) Contact via my contact form
For any questions you can my
contact formto use. A valid email address is required for this. Otherwise I couldn't answer your question. In addition, I have to save all data that is important for answering your request. This could be your phone number, name, email address, and calendar dates for scheduling appointments. The data processing for the purpose of contacting me takes place according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.
When you use my contact form, my host temporarily saves your IP address to make it possible to send your email. Your IP address is not visible to me.
Unencrypted emails are always a risk and can lead to unwanted data loss.


I hereby agree that my data entered in the contact form will be stored electronically and processed and used for the purpose of establishing contact. I am aware that I can revoke my consent at any time.

3. Disclosure of data to third parties


Normally I do not pass on any data to third parties. However, it may become necessary if:
You wish it according to §20 DSGVO or the transfer according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. DSGVO is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims (we have a legal dispute) and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in of non-disclosure of your data.

I cannot draw any conclusions about your identity from a cookie. Cookies create statistics about who has used my site how often and help me to make the visit more pleasant and interesting by evaluating these statistics. Cookies are automatically deleted after some time.
The data processed by cookies are necessary for the purposes mentioned to protect my legitimate interests according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. DSGVO. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. The complete deactivation of cookies can mean that you cannot use all functions of my website.

Google Analytics
I use Google Analytics to optimize my website. Google Analytics works in the same way as the cookies described in Section 4 and is used to generate statistics on your user behavior. In the near future I will install a plugin that you can use to generate an opt-out cookie to optionally prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data.
Your data will be sent to a server in the USA by Google Analytics and stored there temporarily. The IP addresses of European users are masked and anonymized by Google Analytics so that no conclusions can be drawn about your identity. Google uses your data for market analysis and may pass it on to third parties.


6. Social Media Plugins and Outbound Links


Instagram and Facebook
I use a plug-in that forwards you directly to Facebook. You can recognize them by the small logos in the form of “f” from Facebook.
If you use the link by clicking on the logo, a direct connection to the respective social network will be established. This gives Facebook the information that your browser has accessed our site, even if you do not have a Facebook profile. This information (including your IP address) is forwarded directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged into the social network, they can immediately assign your visit to our website to your account.

Outgoing links
Despite careful content control, I assume no liability for the content of external links. The operators of the linked pages are solely responsible for their content. The pages have been compiled with the greatest possible care. However, no guarantee can be given that the information contained is free from errors. Any liability for damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website is excluded. The content of my website is used at the user's own risk.
